BOL4 (볼빨간사춘기, literally 'Red-Cheeked Puberty') is a South Korean indie-folk duo composed of Ahn Ji-young and Woo Ji-yoon, beloved for their heartfelt melodies and candid lyrics that capture the emotional landscape of young adulthood with striking authenticity. The two members have been close friends since childhood, and that deep personal bond permeates every corner of their music, lending it a warmth and intimacy rarely found in mainstream pop. They made their full-length debut in 2016 with RED PLANET, a record that quickly drew attention across Korea's indie and mainstream scenes alike.

Musically, BOL4 builds its sound on a foundation of acoustic indie pop and folk, while freely borrowing from R&B, electronic pop, and contemporary singer-songwriter traditions. Ahn Ji-young's voice — sweet, slightly husky, and immediately recognizable — has become one of the most distinctive timbres in Korean pop music, while Woo Ji-yoon's guitar work and production sensibility provide a sturdy, melodic backbone.
